Children already know the routine of ‘juniors’ so alongside curriculum coverage, we nurture independent thinking and learning as the children get ready to move towards upper Key Stage 2. Our popular 11+ classes ensure your child is fully-prepared for these testing examinations. Alongside teaching English, maths, verbal and non-verbal reasoning, in Year 4 we begin to encourage development of good study hygiene and independent learning. We understand these higher expectations can be overwhelming for younger children, so we make sure there’s extra support and nurturing with frequent feedback and encouragement.

Our popular 11+ classes ensure your child is fully-prepared for these testing examinations, resulting in excellent pass rates*. In Year 5, further consolidation of key subject skills and knowledge continue, as we advance learning at a faster pace. Covering all aspects of English, maths, verbal and non-verbal reasoning, we aim to progress your child to end of Year 6/ beginning of Year 7 level by the time they sit their exam. Flanking this preparation is exam technique, how to manage nerves and coaching for interview success.
